Although our classes are not specifically designed for clients who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, we have had a large number of deaf students in the past.
While our organization is not able to cover the costs associated with hiring or providing an interpreter, we do welcome deaf and hard-of-hearing clients into our classes, if accompanied by an interpreter.
We recommend the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf as a reliable source for finding an interpreter.
We are not associated or affiliated with this organization in any way, and all responsibility for hiring an interpreter remains with the student. There are no extra fees to our organization for a seat for the interpreter. We do require notification in advance if an interpreter will be accompanying a client to class.
