I-294 Southbound

Travelling South on I-294, exit onto I-190 heading toward Chicago-O'Hare airport. Take the first exit, Mannheim Road/US 45/US 12, heading North. Go North on Mannheim until you reach Touhy Avenue and turn right. Turn left on Des Plaines River Road. Continue North on Des Plaines River Road. Turn right onto East Dempster Street/US 14/Miner Street. Turn right onto Northwest Highway. On Northwest Highway cross under I-294.

You will pass 2 buildings on your right. Keep your eyes open as you approach the 3rd building. Renaissance Drive is immediately between the 3rd and 4th buildings on your right, approximately 1/4 to 1/3 mile from the I-294 underpass. Should you pass the 4th building or start seeing houses on your right-hand side, you have gone too far.

I-90 Eastbound/Westbound

From either direction on I-90, travel toward I-294. Exit I-90 onto Northbound I-294. Go North on I-294 and exit on Dempster Street/US 14/Miner Street heading West. Go under 294 and make a left onto Northwest Highway. On Northwest Highway cross under I-294.

You will pass 2 buildings on your right. Keep your eyes open as you approach the 3rd building. Renaissance Drive is immediately between the 3rd and 4th buildings on your right, approximately 1/4 to 1/3 mile from the I-294 underpass. Should you pass the 4th building or start seeing houses on your right-hand side, you have gone too far.

From the Chicago - Des Plaines Facility (3.6 miles)

Turn left onto Devon Avenue. Cross under I-294 and over Des Plaines River Road. Turn left onto Dee Road. Travel North on Dee Road. You will cross a 3-track railroad crossing. The next road is Busse Highway. Turn left onto Busse. Cross Oakton Street (the next major intersection).

You will pass Parkwood and Tyrell Avenues on your right. The next road is Potter Road. Turn right onto Potter. You will pass Woodland Avenue on your right, cross Glenview Avenue, and pass Habberton Avenue on your left. The next intersection is Northwest Highway.

Turn left onto Northwest Highway. You will pass Hoffman Avenue on your left and Manor Lane and Good Avenue on your right. You will see a building on the left side. Immediately between this and the next building is Renaissance Drive. Should you cross under I-294, you have gone too far.

Turn left onto Renaissance Drive. Our office is located at 1440 Renaissance Drive, immediately across the small lake. Sterling Ledet & Associates is in suite 110.

From Chicago - O'Hare International Airport (ORD) - Non-Toll Route
