Adobe Illustrator CS3

Course Synopsis: This course, Advanced Adobe IllustratorCS3, will help you customize your work environment and increase your illustration productivity with great tips and tricks. Projects include advanced selection techniques, perspective grids, using the gradient mesh tool, advanced brush techniques, graphs and patterns. We also recommend this course for those planning to obtain the Adobe Certified Expert status.

Who Should Attend: Graphic professionals who need an extensive understanding of
vector illustrations and the many features of Illustrator. Experienced users will also benefit from the many tips and tricks and special exercises. Sterling Ledet and Associates gears our Advanced Adobe courses to the Adobe Certified Expert Exam Bulletin, and we highly recommend this course if you are seeking the ACE status.

Prerequisites: Because of the amount of material we cover in class, we do require students to be comfortable using a mouse, opening and saving files, and the general operations of computers. While we will make every reasonable effort to help, students with insuffi cient skills may be required to observe the class lessons or do their best to keep up without slowing down the rest of the class. We highly recommend attending the Adobe Illustrator CS3 beginner level class before taking this class.

Time: Class time is 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Breaks are scheduled throughout the day and lunch is typically scheduled 12-1. Students provide their own lunch.

Locations: We have company-operated facilities in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, San Diego and Washington DC. We also work with a network of rental facilities to offer our classes regularly across the United States and in Canada.
