Adobe Photoshop Elements Training Course

Adobe Photoshop Elements
Duration: 1 day
Adobe Photoshop Elements

Course Synopsis: This class provides you with the concepts and skills to use Adobe
Photoshop Elements effectively. You will get hands on practice with the functions of Photoshop Elements including new edge effects, a creation wizard that helps turn photos into calendars and greeting cards. The course will also include text labels, cartoon
balloons, adjusting color, overcoming exposure problems, repairing flaws, framing images, and combining multiple images.

Who Should Attend: Photographers, students, graphic designers, publishers, and
hobbyists who want to produce good-looking pictures and sophisticated graphics for the web and print will benefit from this course.

Prerequisites: Because of the amount of material we cover in class, we do require students to be comfortable using a mouse, opening and saving files, and the general operations of computers. While we will make every reasonable effort to help, students with insufficient skills may be required to observe the class lessons or do their best to keep up without slowing down the rest of the class. We highly recommend working
with the application tutorial before coming to the course.

What You Will Learn:

• Presenting Your Photos in a Photogallery
• Workflow Techniques
• Printing, Sharing, and Exporting
• Adjusting Color in Images
• Fixing Exposure Problems
• Repairing and Retouching Images
• Working with Text
• Combining Multiple Images
• Editing Techniques

Time: Class time is 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Breaks are scheduled throughout the day and lunch is typically scheduled 12-1. Students provide their own lunch.
