Phase 1 – Determining the Scope of Work: Each project begins with an in-depth evaluation of your needs, from which a scope of work can be defined. The Subject Matter Expert will work closely with the client to determine exactly what challenges the client is facing, and present a detailed outline of what is needed to address these issues and achieve desired results.
Phase 2- Presenting a Plan: Once the scope of work is defined with solutions presented on how to address these challenges, the Subject Matter Expert will present options available to the client in accordance to the conclusions presented in Phase 1, complete with the established criteria for determining success.
Phase 3 – Implementing the Plan: The Subject Matter Expert will work closely with the client to implement the plan chosen, including creating timelines and schedules of completion dates and deliverables.
Phase 4 – Evaluating the results: Once services are completed, the results will be evaluated according to the established Success Criteria.
